I don't know if it is always "best" to fight if you feel threatened, but I do know that my immediate reaction would be to do that. God's call to South America was threatening to my comfort; I fought it for too many weeks. That is one time it is not best to fight.

On the other hand, there are fights that await us, onslaughts from new enemies; in those cases, we will do best to stand ready to fight. Or if we find ourselves knocked on the floor, to get up and fight. As I said, after all, a man's gotta fight.

Peace,

KDSKevin, Somewhere in Southern Americahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08626012795690485950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22969832.post-1143169279325178162006-03-23T21:01:00.000-06:002006-03-23T21:01:00.000-06:00"Forgive me if I do not allow the world to steal p..."Forgive me if I do not allow the world to steal perfectly good words and destroy them."

Thank you for that, every time I want to be gay, I can't;

One thought: don't you think it would be best to fight if you feel threatened even though you're unsure of who, what, where, when or why?

I would; deciding to error on the side of ignorance rather than stupidity.

Nice post my missionary friend.John Gillmartinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11985997360287568530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22969832.post-1143121574771865812006-03-23T07:46:00.000-06:002006-03-23T07:46:00.000-06:00Hi, Joe,I am from Laurel. I'm from H-burg, but I lived in Long Beach until I moved to Mobile. (Of course I go to school at NOBTS in New Orleans.) Anyway man, keep it up. Maybe one day I'll get to visit down there. My roommate from school has family in Brazil doing work- in Teresina, last I heard. Peace.

Oh, and you might want to add "word verification" to your blog so you don't get comment spammed.Joe Kennedyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04837417789252091570noreply@blogger.com
